List two items for free on the Basic plan. Give your rentals a profile - add images, supporting documentation and specifications.
Respond to bookings online, which automatically updates your rental items' calendar. You can still pick up the phone though if you want to.
Keep track effectively. Your customers can check an item's availability online. Calendars automatically update as bookings and pencils come in, and you can manually update for non-Showtools bookings.
The items you list can only be searched by production companies and their representatives.

These days I think information stored online is key, it’s accessible from wherever you are. We use Showtools to manage our studio bookings online. I know when I’ve had to work remotely or from home this has been a great way to save time and being able to access documents and information from anywhere is a great advantage. Highly recommend.
