Showtools enables you to retain your own clients and procedures. Simply opt in to the system to track and manage all your clients who are registered on the Showtools production platform.
When your client assigns their calendar to your agency, you both have access to managing your client’s booking calendar.
Crew member and agent both receive SMS text and email notifications when a firm or pencil booking request happens. And again when it’s accepted / declined, so everyone knows what’s going on in real time. The calendar will always update automatically.
The system allows you to respond to client’s bookings, but the crew member is also able to respond - great for the booking that comes through at 11.00pm. You’ll arrive at work to an email notification and an updated client calendar.
There’s no charge for a booking agent or diary service to be part of Showtools.
Agents only have access to crew calendars and as to be expected, not the production company’s project.
